Software

Attention to simple, user-friendly operation

Our software engineers put a great deal of thought into simple and user-friendly operation. In addition to solutions based on SCADA and MES, we have also written software for creating and managing stacking patterns: Trapo Pallet Stacking Design (PSD).

Palletising software: Trapo PSD

PSD allows you to easily design your own stacking patterns for, for example, boxes, bags, crates, buckets or barrels. Step-by-step you enter, among other things, the product and pallet data, the number of layers, and the stacking method of the layers. What makes Trapo PSD unique compared to similar software is the option to calculate stacking patterns for round products/packaging in addition to stacking patterns for rectangular products. Also, the stacking patterns can be loaded via USB into robots that Trapo has programmed.

Have the stacking pattern calculated

You can also have the stacking pattern calculated for you. In doing so, you have the choice between compact stacking or stacking products along the outer sides of the pallet as much as possible. PSD will propose a number of stacking patterns based on your imported product and pallet dimensions. This is displayed in order of efficiency: as many products as possible per layer. Is your stacking pattern ready? You can save your pattern, print it, export it to a DXF file (for example for Autocad), archive it and/or share it with others.

Trapo PSD Pro

Do you have a Trapo Gantro palletiser or robot palletiser? In this case, you can use Trapo PSD Pro to load stacking patterns directly into the robot via USB. It is then possible, for example, to define the picking of multiple products at the same time.
